5/8-5/9 - Spring Clean Up Days

The Mapleton Borough will be hosting it's annual spring clean-up days May 8-9, 2026. We ask that if residents are able, please bring junk items to the borough garage at the top of Grant St. as we will have heavy equipment and personnel there. If you are unable to transport your items contact the borough number (814) 542 - 9698 to arrange pickup if available. Prohibited Items Include: Tires, TVs, Car Batteries, and Paint.

5/22/2026 - Mapleton Community Swimming Pool Grand Re-Opening

After remaining closed last season for much needed repairs and upgrades following issues with our filter the Mapleton Community Swimming Pool is to re-open Friday, May 22, 2026.

Opening day will offer free entry for the day along with a free splash party from 7pm to 9pm hosted by the Mapleton American 250th committee. This splash party will be red, white, and blue themed. Sinister Donuts will be at the pool from 1pm until 5pm. Come relax at the pool and see what our new and improved concession stand has to offer.

5/25/2026 - Memorial Day Parade

Celebrating and Honoring the Sacrifices of those who have lost their life fighting for the freedoms that we enjoy today. The parade concludes at the Mapleton I.O.OF. Cemetery for a special service, followed shortly after by a second service at the Mapleton United Brethren Church Cemetery near the Mapleton Feed Mill shortly after

After gaining approval at January's reorganization meeting, the new borough website has launched as of today, 1/7/2026, and will serve as the boroughs new online home!
